What can I say about The Hundred House that would begin to do it justice! It was one of the very first wedding venues I reached out to when I started my business in Shropshire around 13 years ago, and I’ve had the pleasure of watching it grow from a pretty, quaint hidden gem (with amazing food!) into a true powerhouse of barn wedding venues (still with amazing food! 😉). This family-run, award-winning venue offers a wonderfully personal touch and consistently goes above and beyond to create unforgettable wedding days for every couple.
At the heart of the venue is the stunning 17th-century Tithe Barn, fully licensed for civil ceremonies and beautifully lit with thousands of fairy lights, exposed brickwork and oak beams, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. The addition of the elegant Garden Room provides the perfect space for drinks receptions and guest mingling, while the seasonal gardens, filled with flowers, sculptures and hidden corners, offer endless opportunities for breathtaking wedding photography.
It all starts with the owners, Stuart and Jo, whose vision and passion have shaped The Hundred House into a class leader in every sense. Alongside them is the incredible wedding manager, Gemma, who lives and breathes each couple’s day and is completely invested in helping make every wish a reality. With her hardworking and dedicated team, you truly have the recipe for something special. They make me feel like part of their extended family, and I sincerely hope this amazing partnership continues for many years to come.
